I have been looking for a salon for the past five years. I actually would fly back to Pennsylvania just to get my hair done because I could not find anybody here to do my hair properly . The last two salons that I had tried, charge me a fortune and my hair turned out so terrible.it has been a challenge and a nightmare. I was in JCPenney looking at some housewares and I noticed The Salon. A young lady from The Salon asked me if I needed some help with products, so then I just asked her about my hair and if they knew how to do the color that I wanted. The young lady said let me get somebody that could help you. This woman walked up named Msiba. She started talking to me about my hair and I knew right away that she knew what she was doing. I ended up getting my hair done that day with her. Msiba did the most amazing job ever. I’m so happy . She even did a better job than my hairstylist in Pennsylvania. I’m so happy that I found her ..she did the most amazing job ever. She’s so patient and knowledgeable. The Price was great. She is just amazing. My hair went from being brassy with some red and orange in it to this beautiful blonde with my natural brown hair color underneath.. Msiba Moved to Melbourne Florida from Virginia a year ago and I am so glad that she did. She has 20 years experience and she is awesome I can’t say anymore about her. I am in no relation to her …this is just my true story I think she’s amazing .I will definitely be back to see her for touchups, colors and all of my other hair services

I went into the salon yesterday because I have been having such struggles with my fine curly hair. I was at my wits end. Tessa cane to my rescue and made some suggestions about my hair. One suggestion she made after shampooing and blowdrying it was that I could try scrunching my hair while blowdrying it I have scrunched it before or let it dry naturally but never scrunched it all over while blowdrying. This morning I did what she suggested and got a head full of wonderful soft curls that have lasted. I used Paul Mitchell soft curl cream – just one pump on my short hair and some spray. No time at all! Thanks Tessa for your patience and tutorial! You are a lifesaver after years fighting my curls! Lesley

I get my hair color done by Tessa (bright, vibrant, little mermaid red) and it is always fabulous! I’ve been going to her for a year now and I’m super happy! I’m getting my wedding updo done by Linda, we already did the practice run and it looked amazing. Both stylists listen to what I want and make recommendations based on what I want vs what I should do. Their master stylists are educated and it shows. All of their prices are clearly displayed and if you have long, thick hair you can expect to pay more (this is also displayed in signs in the store). Anyone who is surprised by pricing, isn’t paying attention. Their prices are competitive. I highly recommend!

I get my hair cut exclusively at this salon and they have never failed to style my hair to my expectations . They’re nice and funny, and always offer any assistance in the future if I’m not satisifed (which hasn’t happened yet because I’ve always been quite pleased with the results.) I believe for the quality, the cut and colors I’ve recieved previously were always decently priced ($90 for a demi-permanent color, cut and blowdry and excellent service). You all are amazing, keep up the great work!

Came in with dark brown hair wanting to get a blonde ombre look. I understood bleach was needed but i had stressed that I only wanted the blonde on the ends of my hair and had it fade into the blonde from my natural color. I wait for the woman to finish doing my hair and notice my entire hair was being colored. I was confused but at the time i was only about 17 years old and thought she was the expert and she knew what i asked for and what she was doing. I soon found out she bleached my whole head of hair! I had only wanted the ends bleached and she bleached every strand of my hair. My hair obviously did not react well and it came out in a green color. I told her it looked green and she acted like I was crazy and it doesn’t look green at all. She let me go with brassy orange-green hair. My hair was EXTREMELY DAMAGED. I went to another salon to try and fix it and the lady at the new salon stated with what they did to my hair, this woman should have had her hair licence TAKEN AWAY. they tried fixing it but the damage was done. Eventually I ended up having to cut alllll my hair off (8 inches) and dying it completely back to black. To this day, about two years later my hair is still recovering from this damage. I don’t remember the name of the lady who did this but I had gone to this salon another time about 3 years ago and was very happy with the lady who did my hair then. I think I just went to a stylist who really messed up. Beware when you come here for a dramatic style change…. consider going somewhere else……

Booked an appointment online. When arriving at my appointment the receptionist said that I didn’t make the appointment correctly and should have called instead of using the app with a snotty attitude. Then she went to the hair dresser who was supposed to be doing my eyebrows and said, “this girl booked online, but you can’t do her eyebrows can you?” They then proceeded to take me back to the front searching in the computer. The stylist and receptionist looked at each other and told me I could come back in an hour, but I should have called. I’m sorry, if it’s that big of a problem, 1) you could have called me anytime before the appointment to tell me that there was an issue. Instead of waiting until I get there and blaming it on me. 2) you could have explained that the app has issues with the booking system and that you recommend calling instead of saying it was my fault and telling me what I should do. It is extremely rude 3) Apologize that I just drove from my home to the store to be turned away for their mistake. You know a telephone works 2 ways sweetie. Thanks for nothing have a nice day. Maybe try treating your customers with more respect!!

This was the most expensive, cheap-looking haircut i have ever gotten. First, despite explicitly asking for a blunt haircut with face framing layers below my jawline (my standard haircut for years), I was given what can only be described as bangs! Second, despite asking before hand how much the service was going to be, I received a $15 upcharge at checkout because of my hairlenght. At no point was this brought up. And no, I was not rude to the hairdresser when she accidentally gave me bangs. This turned out to be the cheapest looking haircut ever. Never again!
